Golf

A round of golf can be challenging at the best of times. In the mountains around Morzine, it can be truely breath taking.

There are two golf course almost on the door step of the chalet. The first, is a challenging 9 hole par 36 course, situated high on the cliff of Avoriaz, over looking the chalet and the valley of Morzine. The course is 2,930m long with green fees in the region of 23€ for 9 holes or 33€ for a full day.

Covering the top of the Pleney slopes, joining Morzine and Les Gets is the 18 hole 'Golf Des Gets' course. The course offers a round of golf with exceptional panaromic views, including a spectacular approach shot facing Mont Blanc on the 14th hole. Green fees are in the region of 35€ for a round, and we would recommend hiring a buggy as you are playing in the mountains!

Other nearby courses include those at Megeve, Chamonix, Flaine, and even the Royal Club at Evian, all within an hours drive from Morzine.
